Returns

Can I change or cancel my order?

We work with a logistics partner to fulfill your online orders. We will try our best to cancel or make changes to your order.  If you reach out to us within one hour of placing your order during business hours (9 am-5 pm PST M-F, excluding holidays), we can change or cancel your order immediately. Please note: Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has shipped.

We can’t guarantee that we’ll catch all order changes before your order is shipped, but we’re happy to help you with an exchange or return if your order ships before we can make the change. 

So that we can better assist you, please include your order number followed by the request in the subject line (i.e. “Order #INT-123456 Address change”.) You can also forward us your order confirmation along with your request - that works too!

How do I start a return or exchange?

We’re sorry your Sense socks aren’t working out for you! If you would like to start a return or exchange, you can follow this link and begin the process.

Once you complete your return through the link above, you will be emailed a prepaid return label with instructions. Please print & adhere the return label to the package you are sending back to us. 

Once your return is scanned by the carrier, we will push through your refund. (Exchange orders will be shipped upon carrier scan.)

We want you to be as happy wearing your Comrad socks as we are creating them. That's why our Happiness Guarantee covers free returns (including free shipping) within 30 days of purchase. For any reason you might be unhappy, please email us at support@sensesocks.com or start a return here. 

 

We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that have been abused, vandalized, or customers who have created an unreasonable amount of returns, or returned more than 30 days after return authorization.

 

Products must be returned within 28 days of the return authorization.

 

Note: For "Final Sale" items (special collections) all sales are final and not eligible for exchange or return.

Shipping

How long will it take for my socks to get to me?

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Our team processes orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays.) If you place an order over the weekend, it will likely not ship until the following Monday or Tuesday.

Continental US: 

  • Fast Shipping is $5.99 (shipped through DHL and delivered by USPS) in 5-7 business days. (Free shipping on orders over $60.)

  • Priority Shipping is $7.99 (shipped through FedEx) in 3-5 business days

Hawaii & Alaska

  • Fast Shipping is $5.99 (shipped through DHL and delivered by USPS) in 5-7 business days. (Free shipping on orders over $60.)

  • Priority Shipping is $7.99 (shipped through UPS) in 3-5 business days

Canada

International orders are shipped through Passport with duties and taxes prepaid. Shipping times will vary. 

Please note: Shipping times are ESTIMATES ONLY and shipping delays can occur. We are unable to refund shipping charges if your package is delayed after it leaves our hands. If you have a trip or special event coming up soon, we recommend either ordering early or using the Fastest shipping options. (This is especially true if you haven't worn compression socks before. You'll want to try them out before your trip or event in case you need to exchange them for a different size.)

 

Do you offer Free Shipping?

We currently offer free fast shipping on orders over $60 shipping to U.S. addresses. (We figure the shipping based on your order subtotal, so redeeming a discount doesn’t mean you’ll be charged for shipping if the items in your cart total over $60.) 

Our Fast shipping option generally takes 3-5 business days to arrive (HI/AK 5-7 business days.)

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to United States, Canada, Australia and United Kingdom!

We're adding more shipping zones, so stay tuned! If you'd like to be able to order our socks from your country, shoot us an email or use the Contact Us form to let us know! 

We send through an email including all shipping and tracking information once your order ships! If you aren’t finding the email in your main inbox, be sure to check your Promotions and Spam folders, too. (Sometimes notices end up there, despite our best efforts.) If you still don’t see the email, contact our Customer Happiness team. 

If your order appears to be lost, or you have not received it by the estimated delivery date and the tracking is not updated, please contact us. Please note: our Customer Happiness team has access to the same tracking information that we provide to you and we are unable to change addresses or shipping information after your order has shipped. Due to possible shipping delays with carriers, we cannot guarantee shipping times.
